Melanie has been practicing Jivamukti yoga since 2010 and qualified as a Hatha yoga teacher in 2016 from the Shiva Tattva School in Rishikesh, India.


She believe in living a life full of joy, gratitude, and free of judgement and these feelings inform and guide my teaching and practice.

Melanie is aiming at sharing the benefits of yoga with her students through a traditional approach to Indian Hatha yoga, not only focusing on asana (postures) but also on pranayama (breath work) and meditation as taught in the ancient yoga books such as the Hatha Yoga Pradipika

She offer traditional Indian Hatha yoga classes throughout London, as well as nutritional advice based on Ayurvedic principles to help to achieve healthier bodies and minds.
