Ginger Lemon Tumeric Tea
Pacifies Vata - Pitta - Kapha
  • Fresh Ginger

  • 1 lime or lemon

  • 1 Tbsp Turmeric powder or fresh Turmeric

  • Black pepper

  • Honey / Jaggery / Cane sugar (optional)



  1. Grate the fresh ginger

  2. Grate the fresh turmeric or add the turmeric powder

  3. Add black pepper (the more the spicier)

  4. Cover in water

  5. Boil for about 5 minutes

  6. Serve

  7. Add honey / jaggery / cane sugar to taste once the drink as cooled down
