I have been teaching yoga around London since 2017, with the aim of giving access to the yoga practice to as many people as possible, no matter their levels. Hence why you will find me teaching in unconventional places (E5 Bakehouse, Hackney City Farm, Love Shack Vegan Cafe, London Fileds Sunday Market etc) removing the aspect of sometimes intimidating yoga studios.


Most classes are also donation based yoga so everyone can afford to come. 

The donation approach is also part of the exchange happening during a yoga class. The minimum recommended donation is £5 per person per class, but it could be less, or more, depending on what you think the class is worth to you. 

The approach I am following during my yoga classes in a classical Indian Hatha yoga approach, focusing on pranayama (breath), asanas and meditation / relaxation. Each class will cover these aspects, including various breathing exercises, Sun Salutation, Moon Salutation, various postures with all variations to suits all levels and will end with Savasana, relaxation and meditation.
