Liver Detox Green Smoothie
Pacifies Pitta 
Ingredients
  • Handful Fresh Spinach

  • 1/4 cucumber (during season - Late Spring / Summer)

  • 1/2 lime or lemon

  • 1 Tbsp Turmeric powder or fresh Turmeric

  • Fresh grater ginger

  • 3-5 soaked almonds (remove skin)

  • 250ml of warm water

  • Optional - Honey to taste

 

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender

  2. Serve fresh

  3. Add honey / jaggery / cane sugar to taste

  4. Enjoy!
