Spiced Cooked Apple Pear Breakfast

Ingredients

Fresh Ginger

3-4 cloves

4-5 cardamom pods

1 Tsp cinnamon powder

1 organic apple

1 organic pear

Honey / Jaggery / Cane sugar (optional)

Fresh grated / desicated coconut (optional)
Instructions

Peel the apple and pear. Slice and cover with water.

Crush cloves and cardamom
-
Add cloves, cardamom, cinnamon and grated ginger to water
-
Let is cook for about 5 minutes, covered

Remove from fire and let it cool for a few minutes

Serve the cooked fruits with the juice, add coconut on top and sweeten to taste
