We may have a snowstorm again this year, but traditionally March has been the beginning of spring, we've started to see cherry blossom and daffodils already so we can only hope that spring will have sprung and that last years (and the year befores) snow storm is a thing of the past.
Either which way, Melanie and Rachel are super pleased to announce their Spring Mini Yoga Retreat at Hackney City Farm, this time we'll be joined by the lovely Namitha who will teach us how to make an ayurvedic facemask to cleanse out all of winters dusty toxins and give our face and pores a wonderful make over.
As usual Rachel will open the retreat with the practice of deep stretching known as yin yoga, we'll open the fascia in the body while it's still cold to give long lasting flexibility and help bring a heightened level of awareness to the dynamic hatha yoga practice that Melanie will enchant us with; getting our bodies and minds energised and revitalised before we sink into the nourishing practice of restorative yoga to wind down the body and mind .
