Ayurveda the January detox routine - Morning - 12/01. Hackney City Farm 

Join me on Sunday morning to discover the health secrets from Ayurveda, the ancient medicinal secret from India. Discover your body type and the diet and lifestyle routine to follow specifically for your constitution. I will also be sharing tips for January and how to detox the body after the festive season. New Year's Yoga - Afternoon - 12/01. Hackney City Farm 

Join Rachel and Melanie on Sunday afternoon  for  a New Year January Yoga retreat:

​Structure of the Retreat:

3pm: Yin Yoga

3.30pm: Traditional Indian Hatha Yoga

4.45 pm: Yin / Restorative Yoga

5.15pm: Meditation

5.30pm: Autumnal Ayurvedic Tea & Snack

​Restorative Yin Yoga: Rachel will take you through a gentler form of Yoga, giving us the opportunity to take time to hold postures for a little longer than usual and focus on our breath.

Traditional Hatha Yoga: Melanie will take you through a more dynamic practice of yoga, including Sun Salutations, various asanas and deep relaxation (Savasana)

​Meditation: Rachel will be leading a short practice to help us enjoy all the benefits from meditation. She will be sharing tips for us to take away and practice at home.

​Ayurvedic Tea & Treat:  Ayurveda Diet and Lifestyle Consultant, Melanie will be sharing some tips on living an Ayurvedic lifestyle and diet. You will be able to enjoy an Ayurvedic teas as well as Ayurvedic snack.

​Yoga mats & blankets are provided. Retreat open to all levels.

Yoga Dinner - Setting Intentions for the New Year- 20/01. E5 Backehouse

Join me to set together, your intentions for 2020 The yoga practice will focus on detoxing body & mind, letting go and getting ready to welcome the upcoming 11 months. You will be given blank paper sheets ready to welcome your intentions for this new year. Each sheet will be sealed in an envelope with your address on it. Next December, you will be receiving your intentions/note to self.

We will then be sharing some home made snacks together. Feel free to bring any food or drinks you would also like to share with the other yogis too!

*Spaces are limited so please use the link below to book your spot only if you think you can make it. If you cannot make it any more, please cancel / let me know so we can give everyone a chance to participate.

The class & dinner will be donation based. £10 recommended per person. Please bring a mat if you can.
